Job Duties
  • This is a seasonal CSR position for the 2027 tax season. Schedules include daytime, evening, and Saturday hours. Employees may be scheduled for either full-time or part-time hours based on business need and employee availability.

  • Greeting clients and creating a welcoming office environment

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct clients appropriately

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments

  • Assist clients in completing intake forms and required documentation

  • Receive and organize client documents for tax preparation

  • Scan and upload client documents into the company system

  • Manage document watch folders and ensure files are routed correctly

  • Assist tax preparers with administrative support as needed

  • Track client document status and follow up when additional information is required

  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with company policies

  • Maintain organized reception and waiting areas

  • Assist with basic office administrative tasks when needed

  • Other duties as assigned which may include supporting other offices when necessary

Minimum Education Required

High school diploma or GED required

Additional education in business, accounting, or customer service is a plus

Minimum Experience Required

One year of customer service, receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred

Strong computer, phone and data entry skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally and with discretion
