Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily operational workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update work orders (WO’s) in company portals
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Create and process new work orders accurately
  • Review and complete billing documentation
  • Follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction
