As a Quality Customer Service Representative you will learn how to explain product benefit and use to consumers on behalf of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has an eye for detail, and is interested in learning about print production

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Work with the customer service team to complete tasks
  • Handle tasks on assigned customer accounts
  • Accurate data entry and paperwork regarding customer accounts
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy
  • Responsible for the accuracy of all entries for client services and sales.
  • Assist in creating new training exercises
  • Maintain positive, professional, public speaking, and analysis skills
