Customer Service Representative / Logistics Coordinator

Location: Elkhart, IN
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour with raise potential upon hire-in

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Customer Service Representative / Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, managing logistics accounts and ensuring efficient coordination of transportation, cartage, and warehouse activities while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative / Logistics Coordinator, your core responsibilities will include:
Managing logistics accounts: Coordinate assigned customer accounts and ensure transportation, warehousing, and cartage services are handled efficiently and accurately.
Providing customer support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and account updates while building strong professional relationships.
Coordinating daily logistics operations: Work closely with internal teams, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure shipments and logistics activities remain on schedule.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records, utilize warehouse management systems, communicate updates effectively, and assist with resolving operational challenges as they arise.
