WMCB is looking for a part-time CSR (24-28 hours weekly) for our Jenison Office. Please visit www.wmcb.com for additional information.
General Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, whether on the phone or in person. Provide customer service in a professional manner. Suggests / makes introductions for cross selling and referral of bank products and services.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process various financial transactions for customers
  • Answer customer questions
  • Cross-sell and refer products and services whenever possible
  • Knowledge and understanding of the bank's products and services and the benefits they offer to the customer
  • Accurate balancing of cash drawer

Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Cash handling experience is preferred
  • Professional customer service experience
