Customer Service Representative

FieldBridge is looking for a Morton Grove, IL based Customer Service Representative to work for a global water technology company.

Pay/Schedule: $21-23/hr | 8 AM - 5 PM or 7 AM - 4 PM, M-F. Weekly pay + benefits.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Technical Customer Service Representatives to join our Commercial Team in Morton Grove, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, resolving inquiries related to delivery and product availability, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position ideal for a professional with a background in B2B technical customer service and hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, verify, edit, and accurately process customer orders in SAP, OHANA, and Salesforce systems
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to delivery, complaints, and product availability with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain an accurate customer order database and generate inter-departmental inquiries for product availability and expedite requests
  • Evaluate stock availability against shipping schedules and communicate updates to customers and internal teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor or Manager
Required Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of customer service experience in a technical product line; B2B experience preferred
  • Two years of college or technical schooling, or five years of experience in a technical position
  • Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and OHANA; experience with ERP and CRM systems required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer advocacy skills
  • Solid math and technical aptitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
