Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Full-Time, 100% Onsite

Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST (schedule may change based on business needs)

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team environment. This role is responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving billing inquiries, researching account issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating multiple systems while managing a high volume of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide timely, professional support.
  • Respond to billing inquiries, account questions, complaints, and service-related concerns.
  • Research, analyze, and resolve customer issues while ensuring complete and accurate resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate end-to-end customer service solutions.
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications to access information and update customer records.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed account information.
  • Support additional teams and processes as business needs require.
  • Complete assigned projects and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong customer support skills with a passion for helping customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
