Customer Service Representative

All American Glass is an established residential and commercial glass company specializing in glass installation, repair, and replacement services. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dependable, positive, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional andtimelymanner
  • Schedule service calls, estimates, and installations for residential and commercial clients
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, project managers, and customersregardingjob status and timelines
  • Prepare and process work orders, invoices, and customer documentation
  • Maintainaccurate customer records and update internal systems
