Customer Service Representative

Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks - Littleton, MA
$21-$25/hour | Full-Time | On-Site

Are you the person who can turn a frustrated customer into a happy one? Do you love talking to people, solving problems, and keeping things organized when the phones are busy? We want to meet you!

At Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks, we take care of our customers - and we take care of our people, too. You've probably seen our trucks around town, but what you may not know is that we're a team where hard work is noticed, good people are appreciated, and there's real opportunity to grow.

We're looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative who can keep up with a busy home services office and make every customer feel taken care of.

What You'll Do
  • Answer incoming calls and provide an awesome customer experience
  • Schedule appointments and help customers get the service they need
  • Listen to customer concerns, ask the right questions, and find solutions
  • Handle multiple calls and priorities without losing the details
  • Follow up with customers as needed
  • Help identify opportunities for additional services
  • Keep accurate customer information and notes in our system
  • Work closely with our dispatchers, technicians, and office team
  • Learn our services so you can confidently answer customer questions
  • Keep things moving when the phones get busy!
What We're Looking For
  • Great phone presence and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Someone friendly, positive, and professional
  • Ability to stay calm with an upset or frustrated customer
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy, fast-paced office
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to jump in

Home services, HVAC, plumbing, dispatch, or ServiceTitan experience is a plus!

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Occasional Saturday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (approximately once every 1-2 months)

This position is 100% on-site in Littleton, MA. It is not remote or hybrid.
