What will you do?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Support vehicle recommendations and orders, rate quotes, licensing, fuel cards, billing requests and account updates.
  • Take ownership of client requests through resolution and keep clients informed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide coordinated and reliable service.
  • Participate in manufacturer presentations, client meetings and account initiatives as required.

What are we looking for?

  • A university degree, post-secondary diploma or certificate is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning account management or CRM systems.
  • Previous B2B client service, customer service, administrative, co-op or internship experience is an asset, but not required. Experience gained through retail, hospitality, volunteer work or student leadership will also be considered.
  • Experience in fleet management, automotive services or leasing is considered an asset.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $57,670.00 - $82,180.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
