Job Summary

Manage custom print, packaging, signage, and promotional product orders from quote through final delivery. Coordinate projects with customers, sales staff, production, and outside vendors to ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales staff by coordinating order production and fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage jobs from estimate request through production, shipping, and final delivery
  • Prepare and process estimates, orders, purchase orders, and shipping arrangements
  • Communicate promptly with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding quotes, requests, schedules, and order status
  • Work closely with sales, administration, production staff, vendors, and customers to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Advise customers on materials, production methods, and strategies to achieve desired outcomes
  • Enter accurate information into job tickets, purchase orders, and production systems
  • Maintain awareness of the status of all assigned projects and proactively address potential issues
  • Anticipate upcoming project needs, such as preparing mailing lists, scheduling outside services, or coordinating buyout vendors
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and keep customers informed throughout the process
  • Progress approved estimates into production jobs upon receipt of customer purchase orders
  • Manage buyout vendors and monitor timelines to ensure commitments are met
  • Assist with daily shipping coordination and logistics

Education and Experience
