Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, resolve issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and provide helpful solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Print shop experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Ability to create a welcoming, positive experience for customers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented
