Are you passionate about customer service and looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry? We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join a reputable agency serving a high-end client base in Torrance, CA.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced customer service professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional support. Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly preferred. If you already hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) License, that's a plus. If not, licensing assistance and reimbursement are available after hire.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote retention and customer satisfaction.
Handle policy reviews, updates, endorsements, renewals, and changes.
Assist clients with questions regarding their insurance coverage and policies.
Process premium payments and update customer records.
Manage claims-related inquiries and provide ongoing support.
Issue insurance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and related forms.
Answer inbound calls, respond to client inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities.
Maintain prompt and professional communication with clients at all times.
