Seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background managing sales contracts and agreements.Full responsibility for drafting and administration of sales contracts and agreements including the tracking of all contract proposals and coordination of contract expirations/renewals for international medical device corporation. Will be working with all levels of sales management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, paralegal experience highly preferred. Requirements:5 years of contract administration experience within Medical IndustryExperience creating/drafting sales contracts and agreementsExperience maintaining control of all proposalsExperience monitoring bidding websites Experience working with Group Purchasing Organizations a plusParalegal experience preferredExperience working with all levels of sales personnel Please submit resume if your background meets all of the criteria mentioned above.
