Our veterinary hospital in Davie, Florida is seeking a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
We proudly serve dogs and cats throughout Davie, Weston, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding Broward County communities. Our hospital is committed to high standards of veterinary medicine, preventative care, client education, and compassionate patient handling.
As the first and last point of contact for our clients, this role is essential to delivering an exceptional veterinary client/patient experience.

Position Overview
The Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative is responsible for:
  • Creating a welcoming and organized front desk environment
  • Managing appointment scheduling and client communication
  • Supporting hospital workflow efficiency

  • Answer multi-line phones professionally and efficiently

  • Provide clear communication regarding estimates and invoices

Qualifications
Preferred:
  • Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Client Service Representative
  • Experience in a veterinary hospital, medical office, or animal care setting
  • Bonus if experienced with IDEXX Cornerstone veterinary practice software
