Customer Service Associate Primary Tasks and Duties:

  • Provide support to customers through meaningful conversations to help each customer arrive at the solution that is best fitted for their needs
  • Respond to incoming inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Update customer records, taking accurate notes
  • Maintain a detailed log of each customer interaction
  • Route customer concerns to the correct department or personnel to ensure that each customer receives the most accurate solutions and responses
