University Title Company is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll serve as a key part of the title process by supporting order intake, maintaining accurate files, assisting customers, and helping ensure transactions move smoothly from the start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and providing exceptional service in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Receive and process new contracts and orders
  • Review incoming orders and obtain any missing information needed to open files
  • Enter orders into Qualia and maintain accurate file documentation
  • Obtain tax information and order tax certificates
  • Receive, deposit, and process earnest money transactions
  • Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate title work for out-of-county orders
  • Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
