The Role
We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative who is a fast learner and passionate about helping others. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring our members have the support and information they need to succeed in their wellness journeys.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide detailed product and service information while resolving inquiries efficiently.
