ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re looking for Account Managers to join our Customer Success team. 

Each Account Manager will manage approximately 10 assigned accounts, serving as the primary operational contact and ensuring their success. You’ll advocate for your customers within Suncoast, coordinating with teams across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, accounting, warranty, and more to deliver exceptional service. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Build strong relationships with assigned accounts through regular communication, check-ins, and annual customer visits.  
  • Manage orders from submission through delivery, coordinating internally on production, shipping, delays, and shortages.  
  • Support inventory planning by monitoring customer needs and coaching accounts on ordering best practices.  
  • Develop strong product knowledge and provide customers with product education, updates, and training.  
  • Assist with warranty claims, identify recurring issues, and partner with internal teams on continuous improvement.  
  • Collaborate across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Accounting, Warranty, Sales, and Dealer Success to provide accurate information and exceptional customer service.

  • Relevant Experience & Technical Skills – Customer service, account management, operations, project coordination, or construction experience is preferred. Experience with dealers, contractors, building products, or manufacturing is an asset; willingness to learn new software and systems is essential.
