Job Summary: Assist Security Techs with new security jobs/calls.
*Employee must be available for a rotating on-call schedule that requires employee to immediately come to work to handle technical issues.
JOB FUNCTIONS1Maintain and trouble shoot alarm equipment issues.
2Assist Security Techs with install jobs/services calls.
3Learn all aspects of security job.
4Explain procedures related to customer's security system.
5Diagnose and rectify customer issues with alarm equipment.
6Maintains workplace cleanliness and organization.
7Remains educated and informed of industry trends in products, procedures and services.
8Ensures that customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
