Part-Time Retention Representative

Remote-Work From Home

As a Retention Representative, your duty is to retain business clients and further educate current customers on the value of retaining their Vehicle Service Contracts.

We're growing fast and looking for Retention Managers, Retention Representatives, and Retention Specialists who know how to close, negotiate, and retain customers. If you've worked in car warranty, insurance, automotive, banking, vacation ownership, or call center retention, this is your chance to join a winning team working part-time hours and earning a full-time income!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals.
  • Superb listening skills with the ability to overcome customers' initial concerns and objections to keep them on board, driving customer retention by reinforcing the value and peace of mind provided by the coverage and continued benefits their Vehicle Service Contract provides.
  • Identify customer needs, negotiate solutions, and keep the deal on the books.
  • Strong background in a call-center environment
  • CRM and technology aptitude to handle multiple platforms at a high volume and fast pace
  • Influence customers to recognize the value of our contracts and identify new opportunities. Retain their business and educate the customer to understand the risks associated with canceling their contract.
  • Problem-solving is a must as you quickly identify the root cause of customer issues, pinpoint payment strategies to eliminate those causes and work with clients to implement feasible contract negotiations.
  • Help explain contracts and manage existing customer relationships that give them their own piece of mind and worry-free driving!
  • Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.
  • Other duties as assigned or as business needs arise.

Keys to Success:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or customer account management.
  • Available for part-time employment Monday-Friday 12PM-5PM CST.
  • Background in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership industries is a plus.
  • Proven closer who can handle tough objections and deliver results.
  • Call center or inside sales experience required.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across CRM platforms.
  • Goal-driven, loyal, and motivated by performance-based income.

Compensation: $18.00 + Commission

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation. Endurance is an E-Verify employer.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods; repetitive motions; use hands to handle equipment or controls; reach with hands and arms; typing on keyboard; viewing computer screen extended periods; speak clearly and hearing
  • Regular use of typical office equipment, computer software, programs, and methods of communication such as a computer, e-mail, phone system, and messaging.
  • In a remote work environment, being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job. Camera/video usage is required.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
