Role Summary
We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven professionals to join our team as Customer Retention Specialist within our travel services department.
In this fully remote position, you will focus on strengthening client loyalty by delivering exceptional service and personalized travel coordination. You will support clients throughout their travel journey while ensuring continued engagement, repeat bookings, and long-term satisfaction.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in client care, proactive communication, and building trust-based relationships. Training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact to support returning and existing clients
  • Coordinate customized travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and packages
  • Proactively follow up with clients to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Manage itinerary updates, confirmations, changes, and post-booking support
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences
  • Address and resolve travel-related concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain detailed client profiles and accurate booking documentation
  • Monitor travel promotions, supplier updates, and loyalty opportunities
Candidate Profile
