The role acts as a retention expert and influences retention outcomes for an assigned portfolio to ensure quality solutions. The individual will work collaboratively with internal partners such as Sales, Customer Experience, Pricing Strategy and Products to elevate the customer experience, ensure that all interactions and deliverables support the customer's business, and identify new business opportunities. What you will do Provides support and guidance to clients (SMBs) daily This role is largely reactive with some proactive outreaches This role will have larger books of business with less touch points Engages in pricing and contract negotiations to secure agreement.
