The Role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Senior PR Manager - Enterprise & Crisis Communications to lead our global B2B communications strategy and protect the company's reputation as we rapidly scale.

This leader will own executive communications, enterprise customer messaging, corporate reputation, crisis response, issues management, public policy and strategic communications across our commercial business. You'll work closely with executive leadership, Legal, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Investor Relations to ensure Higgsfield is viewed as the trusted AI partner for the world's largest organizations.

This is a highly strategic role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Communications

  • Develop and execute Higgsfield's B2B communications strategy.

  • Position Higgsfield as the trusted enterprise AI platform for global brands.

  • Drive thought leadership around enterprise AI, creative technology, security, governance, and innovation.

  • Secure executive visibility through top-tier business and technology media.

  • Develop a bench of third party validators including customers who can provide case studies and testimonials.

Executive Communications

  • Develop messaging for executive interviews, keynote presentations, customer events, and media appearances.

  • Partner directly with senior leadership on strategic communications initiatives.

  • Prepare executives for press interviews, speaking engagements, conferences, and industry events.

Corporate Reputation

  • Build and protect Higgsfield's corporate reputation among enterprise customers, partners, investors, regulators, and industry stakeholders.

  • Develop messaging around company growth, customer success, product innovation, and strategic partnerships.

  • Support communications related to funding, acquisitions, partnerships, and corporate milestones.

Crisis & Issues Management

  • Own crisis communications planning and execution.

  • Develop crisis playbooks and executive response frameworks.

  • Lead cross-functional communications during reputational, operational, legal, security, or product-related incidents.

  • Partner closely with Legal and executive leadership on sensitive communications.

Customer & Industry Communications

  • Support communications around enterprise customer wins, strategic partnerships, and case studies.

  • Develop narratives that resonate with CIOs, CMOs, creative leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to strengthen Higgsfield's enterprise brand.

Agency & Media Management

  • Manage enterprise communications agencies and external partners.

  • Build relationships with business, technology, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise journalists.

  • Measure communications effectiveness and continuously refine strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 7-12+ years of corporate communications, enterprise PR, public affairs, or strategic communications experience.

  • Experience leading communications at a high-growth technology or AI company.

  • Strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, or infrastructure.

  • Demonstrated experience leading crisis communications and reputation management.

  • Exceptional executive communications and speechwriting abilities.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying audiences and B2B storytelling.

  • Experience partnering closely with Legal and executive leadership.

  • Outstanding judgment under pressure.

  • Experience managing communications agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a comprehensive benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.
