One of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is expanding its portfolio of franchises and is seeking a motivated, professional Customer Relations Specialist to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and digital leads across 13 new-car franchises. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy effective communication, organization, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
