We're looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to join our growing dealership team. This role is responsible for enhancing customer experience, resolving concerns, following up with customers after the sale of a vehicle, and helping us build lasting relationships that drive customer loyalty.If you're a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and making a positive impact, we'd love to meet you!
The pay range for this position is based on experience and qualifications: $50,000 annually


What You'll Do:

  • Build positive relationships with customers throughout their dealership experience.
  • Follow up with customers after vehicle purchases and service visits to ensure satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and work with dealership leadership to resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with customer retention initiatives and dealership follow-up programs.
  • Help maintain high customer satisfaction scores and online reputation.
  • Perform other customer experience and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
