Investor Relations Associate
Boston, MA 

Beacon Capital Partners is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join their Investor Relations Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support investor communications, strengthen relationships, and contribute to capital-raising initiatives at a leading real estate investment firm, with a meaningful analytical component focused on investment reporting, data analysis, and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain investor communications, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting processes, coordinating inputs across teams
  • Manage investor materials, data rooms, and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Assist with fundraising efforts, including investor outreach, due diligence processes, and marketing materials
  • Serve as a project manager for investor requests (DDQs, RFPs, data inquiries), ensuring timely and accurate responses from initial receipt through delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of investor contacts and communications history activity in the firm's CRM system
  • Conduct market, fund, and performance analysis to support investor communications and reporting
  • Build relationships with institutional investors and support ongoing communications to build long-lasting relationships
  • Coordinate and host investor webinars and virtual meetings
  • Manage and continuously improve internal workflows, reporting processes, and investor experience 
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and investor experience
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships cross-departmentally 
  • Ensure consistency across all investor-facing content to strengthen Beacon’s market presence 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent credentials preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, private equity, real estate, consulting, investment banking, or a related field 
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-party projects with competing deadlines with internal and external stakeholdersinformation into clear, professional materials
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including familiarity with investment metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Experience with CRM platforms and investor portal systems preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative


Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
