ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Since opening the agency in 2014, we've built a close-knit team of four professionals dedicated to helping customers make informed decisions and feel confident about protecting their future. Before becoming an agent, I spent four years as an aspirant preparing to open my own agency and worked in real estate prior to that experience. Those roles taught me the importance of building trust, providing guidance, and always putting the customer's needs first.
As someone who was born and raised in this area, serving the local community is especially meaningful to me. I attended Clemson University and, fun fact, have an identical twin brother. Being deeply connected to the community helps me understand the needs of the people and families we serve every day.
At the heart of our agency is a commitment to integrity. Our role is to help customers feel comfortable and confident with their current insurance and financial decisions, and we believe that only happens when we consistently do things the right way. We take pride in providing honest guidance, building lasting relationships, and putting our customers' interests first.
We're looking for someone who shares those values. The ideal team member has a growth mindset, brings a positive attitude to work each day, takes initiative, and is motivated to succeed. If you're a self-starter who enjoys helping others, values integrity, and wants to grow both personally and professionally, you'll fit right in with our team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for David George - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
