As a customer relations specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating referrals and maintaining communication between clinical supervisors and the agency. Most importantly, you'll be a key player in ensuring patients have a smooth referral process and get timely access to the care they need.

Qualifications

  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Education: Associate degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting. Customer service and office management experience preferred
  • Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
