The Investor Relations (IR) team is responsible for serving the needs of the existing and prospective client base of Apogem Capital. The IR team member is responsible for the creation, update, and distribution of marketing and investment reporting materials relating to the firm and the firm's investment capabilities. The IR team member will act as a product specialist with a focus on the Firm's direct lending strategy. The IR team member is also responsible for responding to inbound custom requests from clients, as well as sales and investment professionals. This individual will be responsible for executing on an increasing number of tasks with a high level of responsiveness, timeliness, and accuracy. The IR employee will learn through shadowing other team members, taking initiative, and proactively taking on more challenging work.
What You'll Do
  • Quickly and accurately respond to requests from external constituents including clients, consultants, placement agents, and prospective clients requiring data-related information and written material on the firm and its investment products with a focus on private credit capabilities
  • Develop and refine client-ready PowerPoint presentations, including both building materials from scratch and enhancing existing content with clear, high-quality visuals
  • Update and maintain repository of charts, data, graphics, and written responses to be used for various marketing needs
  • Update quarterly marketing materials and investor presentations
  • Prepare custom presentations for client update meetings, annual general meeting, advisory committee meetings, etc.
  • Ensure the firm's data room for prospective investors is populated and remains up to date
  • Complete RFPs and RFIs for clients and prospects, using existing materials, synthesizing knowledge of the firm, its strategies, and competitive positioning with information about private markets trends to create a compelling submission
  • Work within CRM system to maintain and improve client data and information.
  • Track client deliverables and other projects through workflow monitoring system
  • Update online consultant and third-party databases and Apogem data room for prospective investors with firm and investment information
  • Provide support for various special projects
  • Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality in presentation development, data analysis, and written responses
  • Work effectively with other teams including sales team, investment team, business intelligence and data team, operations, compliance, and legal

Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
