The Customer Relations Associate serves as the primary liaison between customers that have questions or concerns, and the company. This role ensures customers receive outstanding service before, during, and after their projects are completed. The Associate continues to build trust by managing communications, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to represent the company’s Win, Win, Win values in every interaction.
