What you'll do

Own and manage workplace investigations and associate complaints Guide leaders through performance conversations, corrective actions, and terminations Act as a go‐to resource for employee concerns, conflicts, or policy questions Use interviews, surveys, and trends to diagnose and solve culture or performance issues Collaborate with Legal and HR Business Partners to manage risk and ensure consistent, fair processes Lead ADA interactive processes and reasonable accommodation conversations Handle Department of Workforce Services (DWS) claims and other external agency inquiries Provide regular training calibrations to help managers lead more effectively Recommend policy improvements and work with Legal to bring them to life Conduct stay and exit interviews and report on actionable themes Partner with Learning & Development to create training on topics such as coaching, documentation, and ER fundamentals Maintain a solid understanding of employment law (multi‐state experience is a plus) What you'll need 3+ years of Employee Relations or HR Business Partner experience You have the ability to work in a hybrid capacity at our Draper, UT office Why we will love you You're calm under pressure, and people trust you to be fair and discreet You have the natural ability to listen, read between the lines, and get to the heart of the issue You know how to balance legal risk with culture, context, and what's right You enjoy solving problems—and you don't mind delivering hard feedbackYou write and speak clearly, even when things are complex You care about people, values, and doing the right thing Perks Free eye exams for your entire family Deep discounts on lenses, glasses, and other services Amazing healthcare coverage 401(k) match Flexible PTO Tuition reimbursement program In‐house restaurant with highly discounted meals (Steak dinner under $6) Free snacks, ice cream, and drinks every day Full onsite gym We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
