Summary
JNH Lifestyles is a sauna manufacturer and retailer located in the greater Los Angeles area. Our company has been in the business of promoting joyful, natural, healthy living for over 30 years through our dedication to providing stellar customer service and cutting-edge products. We are currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to assist us in continuing our tradition of providing top-notch customer service. The position is located in Ontario, California.
Responsibilities
Provide Exceptional Customer Service
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to establish and nurture customer relations.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow established company procedures, guidelines and policies related to communication and customer relations.

Communication and Response Management
  • Answer all incoming calls, emails, chats and tickets promptly.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to resolve issues, address complaints and provide assistance and product information.
  • Provide customers with accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and procedures.

Complaint Resolution
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.

Account Management
  • Service existing customer accounts by meeting their needs, obtaining orders and addressing inquiries.
  • Plan and organize your daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers to establish new accounts.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Process customer accounts and file documents according to established procedures.
  • Input accurate information into customer databases and relevant platforms.

Product Knowledge
  • Stay current and well-informed on the range of products and services offered.
  • Adeptly guide discussion on various product and service options with customers.
  • Continuously update and expand your knowledge to better assist customers.

Collaboration
  • Partner with coworkers to ensure that company goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Assist Management with various ad-hoc projects as required.

Basic Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 Years relevant experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to work across multiple different software programs.
  • Strong phone-contact and active listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with programs and technology utilized in the generation of online sales.
  • High school degree.
