Provider Onboarding Analyst (Remote)

100% Remote (EST/CST Preferred)
Up to $25.35/hr W2
4-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Monday–Friday | 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Provider Onboarding Analyst to support the onboarding of healthcare providers from offer acceptance through credentialing, training, system access, scheduling, and day-one readiness. This role serves as the primary point of contact for providers and works closely with Recruiting, Credentialing, HR, IT, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate provider onboarding, credentialing, training, and compliance activities.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Serve as the primary contact for providers throughout onboarding.
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and onboarding documentation.
  • Facilitate provider training sessions and support process improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Provider Onboarding, Credentialing, Healthcare Operations, Project Coordination, or Administrative Support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ATS, onboarding, or credentialing systems.
