Junior Customer Onboarding Analyst

Our partner is looking for a Junior Customer Onboarding Analyst based in Brazil. As a Junior Customer Onboarding Analyst, you will support clients throughout the implementation and adoption of technology solutions. You will gather requirements, understand business needs, and help translate them into effective implementation plans aligned with defined project scopes. The role combines customer interaction, system configuration, process understanding, training, documentation, and ongoing implementation support. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to clarify technical and operational questions, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders aligned. Your ability to prioritize requests, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing needs will be essential to delivering a positive customer experience. You will also help users become confident with the solution by providing guidance, training, and practical support throughout implementation. This is an opportunity to develop your customer-facing, analytical, and technology skills in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and customer success.

Accountabilities:

  • Gather and document requirements directly with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and implementation objectives.
  • Align with clients to clarify implementation stages, responsibilities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Map and analyze customer needs while developing a clear understanding of the business processes involved.
  • Learn and apply established implementation standards and solution patterns, ensuring that business rules and stakeholder expectations are aligned with the project scope and product specifications.
  • Provide technical and operational support to clients throughout implementation and communicate activity status clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute system configurations and parameterizations according to established implementation processes and project requirements.
  • Follow product implementations with clients, resolving questions related to integrations, technical aspects, workflows, and business processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal audiences and customers, either remotely or in person, helping users understand and effectively adopt the solution.
  • Engage users throughout the implementation journey and encourage effective adoption and continued use of the solution.
  • Prepare implementation documentation, project schedules, kick-off presentations, action plans, and other materials required to support successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple requests, activities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical profile with the ability to assess information, identify relevant details, and understand day-to-day business situations.
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing activities, with a strong commitment to quality and an excellent customer experience.
  • Knowledge of negotiating deadlines and managing internal requests while balancing customer expectations and business priorities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond effectively to changing circumstances, requirements, and priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of routine activities and customer demands with appropriate judgment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, objectively, and courteously with different audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different functions and contribute positively to shared objectives.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and an interest in applying emerging technologies to professional activities.
  • Previous experience with any area or link within the supply chain is considered an advantage.
