Job description

Would you enjoy creating a welcoming environment for patients and guests when they come through the door or call over the phone? Check out this opportunity with us at Kubat HealthCare! Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
What you will be doing:

  • Greeting respiratory patients, customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner in person and over the phone
  • Processing customer payment and credit transactions
  • Assist in resolving patient and customer concerns and issues
  • Maintain the neat and clean appearance of the respiratory showroom and work area
What will a qualified candidate need?
  • One or more years of office experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized and great time management skills
  • Ability to understand insurance coverage guidelines for respiratory durable medical equipment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
