DESCRIPTION
We're Hiring Customer Experience Ambassadors (CEA)!
As a Lobby Ambassador for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the person with whom our customers have the most contact with while dinning in our lobby! This means you will make the first impression and help create + build relations by speaking about us, our food + our team with enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
  • Greet + welcome guests!
  • Provide exceptional customer service to upsell our products
  • Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pick-up order, in-store orders, etc.)
  • Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit Enjoyable!
  • Answer the phone in a friendly matter
  • Accurately answer guest's questions
  • Be able to handle + solve difficult situations
  • Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members
  • Practice food safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or guest service environment.
  • Ability to read, listen to, and follow directions when communicating with English speaking guests (Bi-lingual a plus).
  • Positive attitude + a smile
  • Desire to provide outstanding hospitality to every guest
  • Ability to move around the store to attend to the needs of guests and team members - constantly
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to commercial cleaning solvents - frequently
  • Ability to move, lift and handle equipment, supplies and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds - frequently
