Job description

BRP is establishing a new Dealer Experience squad responsible for developing and evolving the digital solutions used by our dealer network, including BossWeb.
As the Salesforce Tech Lead, you will provide the squad’s technical leadership. Salesforce will be your primary area of expertise, while your role will also cover integrations, data flows and interactions with other platforms across BRP’s technology ecosystem.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team located in Canada and Brazil to design reliable, maintainable solutions aligned with our dealers’ needs. You will contribute directly to development while guiding the team’s technical decisions and practices.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Provide technical leadership for the Dealer Experience squad;

  • Guide the design and development of Salesforce solutions;

  • Understand and oversee integrations, data flows and dependencies with other systems;

  • Collaborate with architects and teams responsible for APIs, integrations and connected platforms;

  • Contribute directly to the development of complex features;

  • Coach developers and encourage knowledge sharing;

  • Conduct code reviews and promote sound development practices;

  • Assess the end-to-end technical impact of new features;

  • Participate in diagnosing and resolving complex production issues;

  • Contribute to estimates, planning and the identification of technical risks;

  • Improve solution quality, security, performance and maintainability;

  • Help evolve the squad’s development, testing and deployment practices.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Significant experience in Salesforce development and technical leadership;

  • Good command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and the Salesforce security model;

  • Experience with APIs and integrations between applications;

  • A broad understanding of application architecture, data flows and enterprise systems;

  • The ability to analyze issues end to end, even when they involve multiple technologies or teams;

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD practices and Salesforce deployments;

  • The ability to guide and coach developers without necessarily having direct managerial authority;

  • A pragmatic, collaborative and problem-solving mindset;

  • The ability to communicate clearly with technical and functional stakeholders;

  • Experience with Experience Cloud, SAP integrations or a manufacturing environment is considered an asset;

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or another relevant certification is considered an asset;

  • Good command of English; French is considered an asset.
