Who We Are
At Fleetrock, we're building the future of fleet maintenance. Our cloud-based softwareplatform combines an industry-leading user experience, advanced analytics, and embedded Artificial Intelligence to help organizations reduce costs, improve uptime, increase technician productivity, and make smarter maintenance decisions.
As one of the fastest-growing companies in fleet maintenance technology, we're building a world-class Revenue Growth Team (RGT)-and we're looking for talented, ambitious people who want to grow with us. If you're competitive, enjoy connecting with people, and want to launch a career in enterprise software sales, this is your opportunity to make an impact while helping shape the next generation of fleet technology.
This isn't just your next job. It's the beginning of your career at Fleetrock.
Who You Are
The Sales Development Specialist plays a critical role in Fleetrock's continued growth by creating qualified sales opportunities and building meaningful relationships with prospective customers across North America.
As one of the first points of contact with potential customers, you'll introduce organizations to Fleetrock's innovative software platform, identify business opportunities, and schedule product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
This role goes far beyond making outbound calls. You'll become an expert in modern prospecting, relationship building, CRM management, business development, and enterprise software sales while working alongside Fleetrock's leadership team. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a position where your effort directly impacts company growth, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Generate New Business Opportunities
โ€ข Prospect new customers through outbound phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other modern communication channels.
โ€ข Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Fleetrock's Account Executives.
โ€ข Follow up on marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, webinars, trade shows, and existing prospect activity.
โ€ข Build relationships with fleet managers, maintenance leaders, operations executives, and business decision makers.
โ€ข Introduce organizations to Fleetrock's software platform and communicate our value proposition.
Build & Manage a Pipeline
โ€ข Research target accounts and identify key decision makers.
โ€ข Build and maintain strategic prospect lists across target industries.
โ€ข Manage all prospect activity within HubSpot CRM.
โ€ข Execute consistent follow-up strategies that keep opportunities moving.
โ€ข Maintain organized, accurate CRM records and sales activity.
โ€ข Leverage AI powered tools and modern sales technology
What You Bring
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. We are open to recent grads.
โ€ข Previous experience in inside sales, business development, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
โ€ข Experience using HubSpot CRM or another CRM platform is preferred.
โ€ข Strong verbal and written communication skills.
โ€ข Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What Makes Someone Great in This Role
The most successful Sales Development Specialists are:
โ€ข Competitive and motivated to achieve goals.
โ€ข Naturally curious and eager to learn.
โ€ข Positive, resilient, and energized by challenges.
โ€ข Excellent communicators who enjoy building relationships.
โ€ข Highly organized and detail oriented.
โ€ข Coachable and committed to continuous improvement.
โ€ข Comfortable speaking with executives and business leaders.
โ€ข Technology-minded and excited about innovation.
โ€ข Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
โ€ข Team players who enjoy celebrating wins together.
How Success Is Measured

Performance is measured through:
โ€ข Qualified meetings scheduled.
โ€ข Meetings completed.
โ€ข Sales pipeline created.
โ€ข CRM quality and organization.
โ€ข Conversion rates.
โ€ข Overall contribution to Fleetrock's growth.
What We Offer
What We Offerโ€ข 50k-60k base salary, commensurate with experience. Plus commission.

โ€ข Health, dental, and vision insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), 401(k).
โ€ข Professional development and ongoing training.
