Larson Automotive Group is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Care Associate who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and create positive experiences for customers throughout the day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service over the phone and through follow-up communication.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer communication
  • De-escalate concerns professionally and help resolve issues
  • Support service and sales departments with administrative coordination
  • Maintain accurate notes, follow-up, and organization throughout the day
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer care experiences
