Full-Time | $600–$1,200 per Week

Do you enjoy meeting new people, working toward goals, and being part of a team that likes to win?

Cornerstone Impact Group is adding a Customer Sales Associate to our Dallas team. This is a customer-facing position for someone who enjoys conversation, learns quickly, and wants a role where individual effort makes a measurable difference.

Previous sales experience isn't required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and develop confidence working directly with customers.

A Day in the Role

As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll spend your day interacting with customers in a retail environment. You'll learn how to identify individual needs, explain available products and services, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Starting conversations and building rapport with customers
  • Asking questions to better understand individual needs
  • Explaining product and service options clearly and accurately
  • Recommending solutions based on customer needs
  • Providing a professional and positive customer experience
  • Completing sales transactions and required documentation
  • Working toward individual and team performance goals
  • Collaborating with teammates throughout the day
