In this role you will work directly with manufacturers, customers and outside sales associates through inbound phone calls and emails, to provide pricing, specifications, availability of products, and to process customers' orders.

Responsibilities:

    • Respond to new and existing customer requests via inbound calls and emails.
    • Review all orders for pricing, terms, ship date, etc., and confirm with customer prior to entering.
    • Help with customer issues and find the best possible solutions.
    • Monitor backorders and communicate status to customers.
    • Provide support to outside sales personnel as requested.
    • Educate and provide recommendations on other products in the line.
    • Follow up on job quotes and communicate to outside sales when a large job is quoted.
    • Update and maintain current pricing and records.
    • Responsible for assigned manufacturers' products within aTeam.
    • Communicate all pricing changes to Team members and Sales personnel.
    • Seek and attend necessarytraining to support assigned product lines.
