Associate Territory Manager - Dallas, Mid Cities

Regular Full-Time TX, US

The Associate Territory Manager will support sales activities, develop customer relationships, provide technical expertise to dental professionals, staff educational courses and tradeshows.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory
  • Present product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on the benefits and usage of dental implant products
  • Build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring product satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product procedures
  • Train clinical staff on product usage and best practices
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and industry advancements
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records in the CRM system
  • Manage product inventory and coordinate orders with supply chain teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and training departments
  • Attend sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trends
  • Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and clinical procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory including overnight travel as necessary

Requirements:

  • B.S. required and/or equivalent work experience required
  • 1 year of previous business to business sales experience desired
  • Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus
  • Base salary with a quarterly bonus opportunity
