As aย Customer Serviceย Associate Iย in a high-end grocery store, you are the final touchpoint in the customerโ€™s shopping experience.ย Youย provide warm, professional service while efficiently processing transactions. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and hospitality help reinforce the storeโ€™s premium brand.ย ย ย ย 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers with a polished, friendly demeanorย 
  • Provide personalized service, including product recommendations andย assistanceย with loyalty programsย 
  • Handle customerย inquiriesย and resolve minor concerns with grace and professionalismย 
  • Accurately scan and ring up purchases using the POS systemย 
  • Process payments via cash, credit, mobile pay, gift cards, and various other forms of paymentย 
  • Ensure proper handling of high-value items and specialty productsย 
  • Maintain aย clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout areaย 
  • Follow dress code and grooming standards that reflect the upscale environmentย 
  • Assistย with bagging and offer carry-out service when appropriateย 
  • Communicate effectively with front-endย andย otherย department teamsย 
  • Support other areas during peak times orย special eventsย 
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and promotionsย

This is a full-time position working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 5:30 am and 9:00 pm.
