Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for overseeing inventory control, purchasing, and order fulfillment to support service, sales, warehouse, and customer operations. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely vendor coordination, and efficient support across departments to maintain smooth daily operations.

Compensation Range: $25.00 - $30.00 /Hourly

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of inventory, accessories, and supplies
  • Maintain accurate warehouse, retail, and technician inventory through audits and inventory controls
  • Coordinate vendor ordering and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability
  • Process inventory transfers and maintain accurate system records
  • Review, process, pack, and ship customer, e-commerce, UPS, FedEx, and auto-ship orders
  • Submit and track manufacturer warranty claims
  • Support service, sales, warehouse, and customer care teams with operational needs and customer assistance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Assist with warehouse organization, facility procedures, and additional operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with inventory systems and basic computer software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  • Forklift experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed
