Our client in the electric industry is looking for a personable and detail-organized Customer Service Representative to join their team! If you have an upbeat personality and love assisting others, this is the job for you. Our Customer Service Representative will support our Service Managers, Dispatchers, and Trades people.

Compensation: $18.00

Location: Lorton, VA

Schedule: M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist with Account Receivables

· Help conduct scheduling

· Take inbound and outbound calls

· Utilize Customer intake processes

· Participate in suggestive sales

· Assist with dispatch

The ideal candidates will have:

  • 2-4 years of Customer Service experience in the trades or similar service industry experience.
