Job description

This role partners with cross-functional business, technology, customer experience, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational optimization, and business growth. The position manages analytics projects, provides subject matter expertise, and ensures the successful delivery of scalable data solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage analytics teams supporting operational, supply chain, customer-facing, and enterprise technology initiatives. 
  • Develop and execute data science and analytics strategies aligned with business objectives and corporate priorities. 
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of dashboards, reporting solutions, predictive models, and operational analytics tools. 
  • Manage analytics projects from initiation through delivery, including project planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. 
  • Partner with Customer Experience, Product, Operations, Sales, and Technology teams to identify data-driven opportunities and support strategic initiatives. 
  • Analyze operational, logistics, transportation, website, API, and customer experience data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Support digital platform performance monitoring and operational reporting related to customer-facing technologies and integrations. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and compliance with enterprise data governance standards. 
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to analytics team members and cross-functional partners. 
  • Research emerging industry trends, analytics technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Develop executive-level reporting and presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and business impacts. 
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to support consulting initiatives and deliver data-driven business solutions. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent required. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred. 
  • Experience managing analytics, business intelligence, or data science teams. 
  • Strong experience with data visualization, reporting tools, and database analysis. 
  • Experience supporting customer-facing technologies, APIs, or digital platforms preferred. 
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience using analytical and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, GIS/ESRI, or similar platforms preferred. 
  • Experience in consulting, operational strategy, or enterprise technology environments preferred. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
