Job Description:
Full-Time | Remote | Approximately 50% Travel
Revenue Enterprises is seeking a Client Account Manager to build strong client relationships, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
We're looking for a highly organized, curious, proactive professional who listens well, communicates clearly, manages competing priorities, and takes ownership from start to finish.
Duties:
  • Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of Revenue Enterprises clients.
  • Serve as the primary connection between clients and Operations, IT, Finance, Administration, and leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Understand client needs, identify issues, and coordinate solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up items simultaneously.
  • Track commitments and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Partner with Operations Managers and internal teams to achieve client goals.
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, performance reviews, and executive-ready materials.
  • Monitor client performance, goals, deliverables, and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership with concise updates on client health, risks, progress, and resolutions.
  • Support clients through implementation and ongoing account management.
  • Identify emerging client needs and opportunities.
  • Represent Revenue Enterprises professionally in virtual and in-person client meetings.

Travel and Location:
This position requires approximately 50% travel, including frequent air travel and overnight stays for client meetings, performance reviews, implementations, and other business needs.
Candidates must live within approximately 75 miles of a major commercial airport in:

  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience in client account management, B2B client services, customer success, project coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Planner.
  • Strong PowerPoint and/or Canva skills.
  • Exceptional organization and project-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining visibility across multiple clients and projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior and executive leadership.
