Sales & Customer Account Coordinator

Location: NE Portland, OR
Pay: $34–$37/hr to Start
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Account Coordinator to join our team in NE Portland. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, coordinating across departments, managing accounts, preparing quotes, and helping identify opportunities for growth.

This is a non-supervisory position with a broad range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and able to use good judgment when handling customer needs and business priorities.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, OEM partners, and dealers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate customer needs with Sales, Production, Engineering, Quality, Shipping, Finance, and Management
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations and opportunities
  • Support order entry, returns, RMAs, replacements, and blanket orders
  • Research customer history, pricing, product information, and account activity
  • Identify account risks, customer needs, and opportunities for account growth
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM/business systems
  • Support dealer accounts, portals, product information, and pricing
  • Assist with website product and pricing updates
  • Prepare for and attend trade shows and customer meetings
  • Follow up with trade-show leads and help move opportunities through the sales process
  • Prepare pricing analyses, customer documentation, supplier forms, and other commercial materials
  • Work on customer, dealer, pricing, website, and process-improvement projects
  • Help create and maintain procedures, workflows, and process documentation
  • Provide cross-functional support and training when needed
  • Research and resolve routine customer issues while escalating non-standard matters appropriately
