Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) 7909 N Upland Dr., Portland, OR 97203

Join Our Team at Custom Truck One Source, we're a leading provider of truck, crane, and heavy equipment services across the USA, catering to the needs of major utilities, telecom, construction, forestry, oil, and rail companies.

Key Details:

  • Our equipment includes Boom Trucks/Cranes, Bucket/Dump Trucks, Digger Derricks, Utility Trucks, and more.

  • Hydraulics, reading blueprints, hydraulics cylinders, hoses, PTO’s etc.

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

  • Pay and Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience, comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with employer match, healthcare plans, paid time off, holidays, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Background in hydraulic fluid power troubleshooting.

  • Background in pneumatic tool troubleshooting.

  • Experience troubleshooting diesel equipment and aftertreatment systems.

  • Experience with Quick Serve, DTNA and other diagnostic software.

  • Assess, diagnose, and repair a variety of utility equipment from various manufacturers.

  • Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools.

  • Knowledge of 12V electrical systems including multi-plex wiring.

  • Basic understanding of truck mounted hydraulic systems and installation procedures.

  • Test mechanical products and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • DOT, ANSI and Dielectric testing.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness tasks on equipment and vehicles.

  • Maintain accurate records of parts, services, and labor for cost tracking.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and attend monthly safety meetings.

  • Ability to follow both written and verbal installation instructions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years of related experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Own set of tools required.

  • Valid driver’s license. (CDL a plus)
