Can you look at a blueprint, decode the GD&T, and visualize the setup that will hit spec on the first article? Do you switch seamlessly between Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak controls? If so, you’re the kind of maker who helps us deliver for aerospace, automotive, and medical device customers every day.

The Challenge

Picture a rush job: a complex part with tight callouts lands on your bench at 7:30 am. You choose the right tooling, load material, set work and tool offsets, and run a careful prove-out. By mid-morning, your inspection confirms every feature is on the money. Production flows, customers are thrilled.

What You’ll Own
  • Setup and operation of CNC mills or lathes to produce precision parts
  • Translation of engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T into reliable machining plans
  • Material loading, tooling selection, and optimization of cutting parameters
  • Execution of tool/work offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
  • Dimensional verification with precision measuring tools to ensure conformance
  • Continuous improvement alongside a collaborative production team
When You’ll Work
  • Full-Time
  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Saturdays Optional
What You Bring
  • Proven experience on CNC mills or lathes in a job shop setting
  • Strong print-reading skills and command of GD&T
  • Comfort with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or comparable CNC controls
  • Detail orientation with a quality-first mindset
